Vodafone Fiji's M-PAiSA and Saver.Global Partner on Financial and Digital Literacy
Saver.Global and Vodafone Fiji are excited to announce a new partnership that will support the financial education of over 700,000 Fijians through the SaverLearning platform. This collaboration aims to enhance financial and digital literacy, empowering the Fijian population with the tools and knowledge they need to navigate the digital financial world securely.
Courses for Core Financial Skills
The SaverLearning platform holds several courses focused on key financial topics such as budgeting, remittances, banking, and cybersecurity. As we head into 2025, the platform will introduce more multilingual and contextualised courses, specifically tailored to the Fijian population, to ensure easy access to financial education tools.
New Courses to Look Forward to in 2025
In early 2025, SaverLearning will launch a new “Financial Cybersecurity” course. This course will teach users how to safely navigate the digital financial ecosystem, including understanding mobile money services, using them effectively, and securing personal information.
Following this, the “Safe Surfing” course will focus on protecting users from online scams and fraud. It will also cover overall safety when using online platforms, highlighting how to safeguard personal information when engaging in digital transactions.
Empowering Fijians Through Collaboration
Through the partnership between Saver.Global and Vodafone Fiji, hundreds of thousands of Fijians will gain access to financial empowerment via education. Both organisations are committed to expanding access to financial and digital literacy for the Pasifika people across the region.
